Case Review Format & Guidelines:
It is expected that that the written analysis of the written case review will range from 7-10, typewritten, double spaced pages. For the analysis, you should conduct additional research on the case beyond the information provided in the case. Grammar, spelling, and style in addition to content will be considered in the grading of the case. All cases should use standard American Psychological Association (APA) format (see the APA reference in the recommended text section). In particular, cases must be double spaced, employ 1” margins, use headings and subheadings where appropriate, use page numbers, use a 12-point Times or Times New Roman font. The references/works cited page at the end of the paper should follow the APA “published” format versus the “submitted” format.

Case Questions:
- 1) Identify, describe, and discuss the ethical issues in the case. Include in your discussion what you see as the primary and secondary ethical issues.
- 2) Identify and discuss the individuals and parties primarily responsible for these ethical lapses.
- 3) Briefly discuss the global historical issues that led to this case and the subsequent ethical issues that occurred.
- 4) Identify and discuss the global issues, e.g., culture, values, beliefs, etc. that are at play in the case and give brief examples of your explanation.
- 5) Briefly discuss what consequences this case has on a) global ethics and b) MNE?
6. In order to prevent future tragedies such as this from happening, please give your recommendations for:
a) MNEs to follow in operating in our ever growing global market?
b) CEOs to ensure that ethical management practices are being followed in their companies operating in foreign markets?
