like any other career, you will experience periodic review of
performance and develop actions plans for continual improvement. For
this class and the internship, this review will be submitted to me.

Mid-Term performance evaluation form

Instructions:Locate
and complete the Mid-term Internship Evaluation Form. You and your
internship supervisor need to sign and date this form. All pages should
be initialed by the two of you.

Submission Instructions:
All pages must be scanned in and submitted in this assignment section.
If you have trouble submitting the scanned papers in this section,
simply e-mail me the scanned papers, and as the “assignment” just write
that you have e-mailed the scanned images to me and list the date that
they were e-mailed.

If you are not conducting an internship:We
will conduct a review of your work so far on the comprehensive
questions. You will need to submit an outline for each question that
provides a thesis statement, at least three primary discussions points
that will be used in the writing, at least three possible resources that
will be used (one for each point), and identify any bias that may
affect your perspective. This will be submitted as an attachment. You
